Welcome to a place where the teenage population face the problems and daily existential questions every American youth faces. Where they deal with family, friends, and life choices. Welcome to a place where teens and adults are forced to co-exist, some better than others.

Inspired by themes like One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, Degrassi, and The Secret Life of An American Teenager, step into a world where problems are never as simple as they should be, friends are never as honest as we wish, and secrets just can't stay hidden for long.

[ ]Simone Says
Just who is Simone? She’s Seaside Highs very own Gossip Girl and the girl behind a very popular local blog. How she comes across some of the information she does has left many suspicious of their fellow schoolmates, and despite a few theories among the students, no one has been able to put a finger on her yet! Regardless, Simone knows the dirt, and she’s happy to share it!

Seaside High School
[ ]Auditorium
This acoustically engineered concert hall seats 1000 within two surrounding tears. The building’s main focus is, of course, for school functions regarding concert and drama events, though the building is also used to present announcements and maintain meetings for the student and parent body of the school. The building has back stage areas, dressing rooms, supply rooms, and is carefully maintained by both students and staff.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Back Alley
Between the auditorium and the gym, a small alleyway no wider than 3 feet leads those that venture down it to a small alleyway just outside of the school staffs eyes. It’s maintained as a secret among the students, and is often the location sought for those hoping to catch a quick smoke between classes, or to ditch for an hour and hang out. It’s also a place often used by the less savory of students, and is generally considered delinquent turf by most.

[ ]Cafeteria
This is your average high school cafeteria..plus some. Rather than wide, long tables the room sports more casual and comfortable round tables that allow for a more beneficial feel of comfort and less of an air of industrialized function. The cafeteria provides students with a salad bar, a desert bar, a main meal bar, and a beverage selection cart. There are also vending machines in the back.

[ ]Classroom
Your basic classroom is what these are. Each room is different of course, but all have desks and bookshelves, and hold between 15 and 20 students each.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Club Room
This room is on the second floor of the school and has been set aside specifically for club use. Each club has assigned hours that they can use the room, and this schedule is carefully maintained by the principal.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Computer Lab
The computer lab is state of the art and very quiet. A large room on the third floor of the school, it holds 200 computers of the newest make and model. Students have open access to them during school hours, though the computers are set up against tampering, porn, and other evils of the adolescent minds.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Detention Hall
This was designed to be a lecture hall, but after the construction was complete it was instead determined to be much more suitable for in-school detention. Students found to be unruly are sent here for punishment where they are expected to work quietly on their school work. The room is not always manned by a staffer, but on the occasion it is not it is periodically checked in on.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Front Lawn
The schools front lawn is exactly that. It is carefully pruned and houses small trees, bushes and flowers, as well as a center walk way, a fountain, and small benches that are both for use and represent the many contributions from local families that paid for the schools construction.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Gymnasium
The gym is, like the school, three stories of athletic splendor. The bottom floor is, of course, separated into two portions. The basketball court, complete with sliding bleachers and all the bells, and the pool area. Both are regulation size and well prided upon. The second and third floors house smaller rooms, from dance studios to health education rooms. A weight room, and fitness center are also here. The center of the third floor is a indoor track.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Hallway
This is your average high school hallway. Lockers and class rooms lie the walls, along with the occasional water fountain and gaggle of students as they rush to and from class or practice the art of tardiness.
00
[ ]Lecture Hall
This is self explanatory. The lecture halls are sloped and allow for the voice of the teacher to carry upward toward his or her students. Much like a college classroom, these halls are primarily used for larger classes and history courses.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Library
The library is the schools pride and joy. Houses countless texts the library is staffed by 2 librarians and 3 aids who work diligently to keep things in organized, working order. There is a much smaller computer lab located in the back, along with several private study rooms that can be rented by lone students or study groups.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Parking Lot
The parking lot. What happens here is, of course, the schools concern. That said there is a lot they miss. Students who drive are expected to park appropriately and should a fight break out, it usually happens here.

[ ]Science Lab
Science labs are carefully watched and no less flashy and up-to-date than the rest of the school. Complete with shiny new lab tables for groups of four the lab has access to all the newest science gadgets. Don’t think to quick though. All hazardous materials are kept safely under lock and key by the schools science department head.

[ ]Sports Fields
The sports fields rest just outside the schools building parameter and are accessed by several stone paths just a short jog down a small hill. The football field, soccer field, and baseball fields are closest to the school, while additional fields rest farther out.

Community
[ ]City Park
Seaside’s park is a prized possession among the people of the city. With carefully tended lawns, well maintained stone paths, and a rather beautiful center fountain at its core, the people of the community spend many hours in their lives strolling lazily along the parks many trails. Complete with a children’s playground of the most upscale and modern design, a pleasant and shaded picnic area for families, and a recently added city pool, there are countless things to pass the time.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Hidden Beach
Tucked away from the communities livelihood, the hidden beach can be found just beyond the City limits and down a series of dirt roads. It rests 3.2 miles away from the city and public beaches, and is a sprawl of untouched and beautiful sand and surf.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Kingpin Skate Park
A place for skaters to play, this park provides teens with plenty of space to play without the worry of those pushy pedestrians that always seem to get in the way. Owned and operated by Lue Jessup, a local skater in his mid 30’s, the area opens early and closes late.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Mercy Hospital
Mercy Hospital is the cities only hospital. Large and expansive in its areas of treatment, it remains one of the most active hospitals in the state. It employees a large percent of the cities medical workers.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]North Beach Country Club
The North Beach Country Club is where the elite come to play. Home to the Eden Spa, the Green 9’s gold course, and the well respected and award winning Black Orchid Restaurant, the country club is filled with the cities (and surrounding cities)most upper crust and prominent families.
Moderator: Saffron (A)

[ ]Palm Heights Mall
Filled to the brim with stores and shops, the Mall is a bustling hive of activity from opening to closing. There is never a quiet or still moment in this three story structure of open glass ceilings and rolling reflective doors. Teens and adults alike can find something for anyone within the shops here.
Moderator: Saffron (A)

[ ]Public Beach
Lined in picturesque silhouettes of sunbathers, surfers, and swimmers, the main public beach of Seaside is an image right out of a magazine. Scattered with colorful beach umbrellas, the rolling dunes of soft wave-drenched sands provide a perfect place for sun worshipers and beach bunnies alike to hang.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Public Library
Shhhh. The public library is a place of history, wisdom..and silence. Ran by the ‘Rule Nazi’, Miss Murdock, the public library provides the cities people with a wide range of topics, publically accessible computers, and various other library related features. Just don’t get caught being too loud.
Moderator: Saffron (A)

[ ]Ray's Bookstore
Rays Bookstore is not /exactly/ what it appears. A simple storefront and sign mounted over the door would lead one to thin that despite the darkened windows readers of all ages make their way here, however once through the door the eyes are drawn to rows of red velvet pool tables and a large sign telling visitors that no alcohol is served within the premises. It's not the swankiest joint in town, but it's a fun place to hang out when there's nothing better to do, or if you just wanna rack up a few games.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Retro Cafe
A place to get your fill of caffeinated beverages while relaxing to the soft sound of soulful jazz beats. The small, retro inspired café is a soothing break from the world outside. The prices are affordable and the booths are comfortable. The small shop is located in the corner of the street, allowing very little room, but enough personality to make up for its small size.

[ ]Seaside Amusement Park
Wild rides, expensive games, and even more expensive (but oh so worth it) carnival food. That’s what awaits you at the Seaside Amusement park. Located just off the beach, this two acre park holds all of the most classic rides, from bumper cars to the fariswheel.

[ ]Skins
This teen only dance club is one of Seaside’s most visited attractions. The perfect place for teenagers to put their feet up, hang out with friends, or party till their curfews, Skins provides a posh, upscale environment that rivals even the most fashionable of L.A.'s clubs. The age limit is 15 to 19 and students are expected to show Identification (such as a student ID) to get through the doors.

[ ]South Beach Drive-In
Your classic drive in theater, this small field boasts a large screen and rows upon rows of parking. Oh, and a tiny little refreshment stand tucked snuggly in the back corner. The movies shown aren’t the most recent. From Old school horror and slasher flicks to black and white silent films, this is the place for movie buffs and lovers alike. the cover charge is cheap and the refreshments are fresh. What more could a kid want?
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]Sunset Cinema
The cinema, like the rest of the urban village that is Seaside, is no less flashy and modern. Complete with 6 screens, red neon lights, and old school outside ticket booths, the cinema shows only the most recent blockbusters for its clientele to enjoy.
Moderator: Saffron (A)

[ ]The Indigo Room
The Indigo Room is nothing short of a café gone chaotic. Black mat walls and bold purple seating, this coffeehouse/music hall extends its wild tastes on the community at large. Complete with an in-house stage, the café provides teens with a place to escape the outside world, allowing weekend parties with open-mic nights to give local bands a place to place, as well as buying and selling local art works. The coffee here is loaded with caffeine, the lights are low, and the music is loud.
Moderator: Saffron (A)
00
[ ]The Open Market
The Open Market can be found tucked just off the piers and public beach. A strip of docks lined by small shops allows local merchants to sale their wares to the public, while allowing the public in turn to haggle with the best of them. Artists, performers, jewelry and backed goods are just a few things one can experience along this pier.

[ ]The Smoothie Shack
Interested in kicking back with a fresh fruit smoothie? What about relaxing over ice cream or frozen yogurt? If that’s what you’re craving then there’s no place better in Seaside to get your fix than The Smoothie Shack. Locally owned and operated, the Smoothie Shack brags of an extensive list of flavors and mixes to give you just the cold treat you’re looking for.

With a lively environment, good music playing round the clock, and helpful and well trained staff, there’s no place better than The Smoothie Shack to kick back for a good time.
00
[ ]The Surf Shack
An intimate little surf shop just along the Open Market, the store of obvious title hosts some of the most sought after surf wear and goods on the beach. All the boards are custom designed by the owner, an acclaimed surf champion and local legend, while the other threads and gear are all of the best. It’s not cheap, but it’s very active.

If that weren’t enough, tucked along to the right of the surf shop entrance is another small doorway leading to a jewelry boutique owned and operated by the wife of the surf shop. Each piece is one of a kind and composed of silver and sea glass. The jewelry is lovely and highly valued among the locals. In fact, anyone that’s anyone owns at least one piece of ‘Designed by Mia’.

[ ]Tulson's Cliff
Every town has one. A place outside of the cities limits set aside and well know by local youth as ‘that place to be’. The ground is beaten down and littered with beer cans and fast food wrappers, while a charred stone lined pit proves that more than a few people have lit a bonfire in the past few weeks. This small area, settled along beachfront cliffs, provides the local teen community with a place to party outside of the watchful eyes of the law. To bad it's not public property.

Residential
[ ]Sunset Cove (6 sub-boards)
Sunset Cove is not a street, but a division of the city that holds some of the most impressive houses Seaside has to offer. Just north of the rest of the city, Sunset Cove is tucked along the beachside hills. This area is the most upper crust, posh location in the surrounding 50 miles.
11
[ ]North Haven (1 sub-board)
North Haven is, by all accounts, one of the nicest portions of the city to live in. Again, like Sunset Cove it is not a street or subdivision, but a area of the city that has grown vastly residential over the years. Houses are nice but within upper middleclass to middleclass brackets, while sunset cove boasts mansions and modern beachside cottages.
00
[ ]Palm Grove Townhouses (1 sub-board)
The Palm Grove Townhouses is actually a development that went much better than expected. There are roughly 200 of these houses scattered along the water of the community, and while the leases are high, the population of the townhouses enjoy resource brackets from upper-crust to middle class.
00
[ ]The Fens
This area, found in the lower east portion of the city is much less flashy and Hollywood glam, and a little more of a struggle from day to day. While Seaside has a very very low poverty, this area and it's residence live a lower level life than most. This is, basically, the slums of Seaside.

Note: Seaside has no Gang Problems. This 'slum' is basically much lower incomong housing. Drug lords, hookers, and thugs look elsewhere.
00
[ ]Other Residential (1 sub-board)
There are some homes that are either located in less residential areas or found outside of the city limits. These houses are kept in this group.
